Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a flat rate of $11, and Express Shipping is available for $15. International shipping is free for orders over $200 AUD. Orders under this threshold incur a flat rate of $30 AUD.

Yes, we ship internationally. Orders are exempt from Australian GST, however duties and taxes may be applied once your parcel reaches your destination country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Orders are processed quickly, often within 24 hours, so we recommend reviewing your items carefully before checkout.

Once logged into your account, you can follow your order progress from submission through to dispatch. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We recommend monitoring your parcel in transit for the most up-to-date information.

All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. If you wish to change this, please contact customerservice@energetiks.com.au with your order number. Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the carrier and becomes the customer’s responsibility to follow up.

Please refer to your tracking number via email for the latest updates on your parcel. In most cases, the parcel will be taken to your local depot awaiting further delivery instructions. Please follow the directions on the “Sorry we missed you” card left at your address.
